Decoding the Enneagram with Tyler Zach

On this week’s episode of Growing a Fruitful Brand, Ben welcomes author, Enneagram Coach and business consultant, Tyler Zach to our swanky, Omaha podcast studio to chat about the Enneagram Personality Assessment.

The Enneagram isn’t another leadership style assessment that gives vague insight into how you perform on a team. The Enneagram gets to the core of what motivates people, their fears, what causes anxiety and how people function their best within an organization.

There isn’t one way to view the world, the same is true of your business. When we practice empathy, it allows us to view our world through the experience of others. It gives us the opportunity to always be improving; improving ourselves, and our business.

Listen in as Zach walks Ben through all 9 personality profiles, what the superpower is of each and what the downfall is. Zach also offers leadership tips for how each could perform better on a team (more Legos at Fruitful Headquarters, please).

Check out the episode and then take an Enneagram assessment yourself so you can start working with your whole team’s strengths and find ways to combat the weaknesses.
