What did we want Fruitful to be?
It’s no secret: Raj and I are creative professionals first. We knew that whatever the next season for Fruitful held, we wanted to be more involved in the creative work for our amazing clients, not just managing it.
This difficult situation, like most, was a blessing in disguise.
Ultimately, we decided to simplify our team, streamline our expenses, and create clear offerings to provide a more focused service to our clients.
And so, at the end of 2023…
We transitioned all of our employees to 1099 - some moved on, and some are still working with us.
We moved out of our beautiful downtown office.
But that allowed us to start 2024 …
Focused on branding, messaging, and websites exclusively.
Offering 30 Day Brand Sprints to customers who qualify (and they’re loving it!).
With a business that helps our customers (and us) be more fruitful.
We know we’re not the only ones out there who had a rollercoaster of a year in 2023.
